We're emailing you to let you know we are making a few updates to our Terms of Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy on Livestrong.com (the "Site").

We are updating our Terms of Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy. Some of the significant changes are summarized below:

    (i) We changed our company name from Demand Media, Inc. to Leaf Group Ltd.;

    (ii) We updated our Privacy Policy to include both mobile and desktop devices;

    (iii) Our new Privacy Policy clarifies how we share data with affiliates and subsidiaries of Leaf Group Ltd., as well as unaffiliated third parties;

    (iv) We are providing information about our participation and compliance in the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the US Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from European Union member countries.

In addition to this notice to the email address that we have on record for you, we will also post notice to the Site. We recommend you review the updated Privacy Policy and Terms of Conditions of Use which will be effective November 9, 2016. Your continued use of the Site 30 days after our notice to you of these changes to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Conditions of Use means that you have agreed to the amended Privacy Policy and Terms of Conditions of Use. If you do not agree to the updated Privacy Policy and Terms of Conditions of Use, please do not use the site.
